CLI - CFE

Founded in 2004, CLi is the Luxembourg real estate subsidiary of CFE group and is installed in Strassen. Real estate developer, CLi performs various operations of offices and housing. It promotes buildings friendly with the principles of sustainable development. Moreover, CLi is in charge of developing the real estate division in Tunisia via CMT Tunisia and Morocco via CMM. CMT, based in Tunis and CMM-based Tanger are two consulting companies that offer private or public investors their services for the design, development, management and marketing projects in the real estate and tourism sector.
